Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Lagan, we curate and craft each piece with meticulous attention to detail. To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our collections, we operate under a Strict No-Return and Exchange Policy.

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our website are considered Final Sale.

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different , colors, or designs.

2. Size Exchange — 5-Day Window (Only Valid In India)

We offer a one-time size exchange within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are permitted for size only — not for a different color or design.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact
  • Request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery confirmation
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof of condition at the time of receipt
  • Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customer's expense; we ship the exchanged piece free of charge
  • To initiate, email admin@laganwedding.com with your Order ID and subject line "Size Exchange Request"

3. Cancellation Policy

A. If Cancelled by the Customer

  • 48-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placement.
  • After 48 Hours: Once this window has passed, the order enters our production/processing stage. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted after this time.
  • How to Cancel: Please email admin@laganwedding.com with your Order ID and the subject "Order Cancellation."

B. If Cancelled by Lagan 

While we strive to fulfill every order, there are rare instances where we may need to cancel an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Quality Check Failure: If the final piece does not meet our rigorous quality standards during the pre-dispatch inspection.
  • Stock Unavailability: In the event of an inventory error where the selected fabric or design is no longer available.
  • Logistics Restrictions: If our courier partners are unable to deliver to your specific location.
  • Pricing Errors: In the rare case of a technical glitch resulting in incorrect pricing on the website.

In the event of a brand-side cancellation:

  1. You will be notified immediately via email or WhatsApp.
  2. 100% Full Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. No deductions or "processing fees" will apply when the cancellation is initiated by us.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

While we perform rigorous quality checks before shipping, we acknowledge that transit issues can occur.

  • Reporting: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim for damage, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer courier seal to the revealing of the defect.
  • Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will offer a repair or a replacement of the same style, subject to availability.

5. Color & Handloom Variations

Please note that many of our garments use artisanal techniques. Minor variations in weave, color, or embroidery are not considered defects but are hallmarks of handcrafted luxury. Additionally, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
